Kuvaus

Rise with the Cold is a weekend cold exposure and breathwork retreat held at Villa Trollberg in Bärösund, Inkoo, on the Baltic Sea coast — about 70 minutes from Helsinki. Guided by certified Wim Hof Method instructor Leigh Ewin, this is the core retreat experience: an introduction to the power of breath and cold. The weekend includes ice diving beneath real ice, breathwork and cold mastery training, daily Finnish sauna and recovery rituals, and resilience practices. Meals and shared cottage accommodation are included. The retreat is held in English.
