Kuvaus

Forged by the Cold is the next-level weekend retreat at Villa Trollberg in Bärösund, Inkoo, on the Baltic Sea coast — about 70 minutes from Helsinki. Guided by certified Wim Hof Method instructor Leigh Ewin, it builds on the foundation of "Rise with the Cold" with deeper challenges and more advanced breathwork. Alongside breath and cold training, this retreat adds a deeper ice diving experience (a depth dive under the ice), target shooting with night vision, and crossbow shooting — elements designed to test focus, precision, and composure under pressure. Daily Finnish sauna, recovery, meals, and shared cottage accommodation are included. The retreat is held in English.
